Throat

The scariest part about this whole throat situation is trying to get over a fear of not waking up if I fall asleep. I know that people write that they have fainted after a closure, but that the throat relaxes its airways open afterwards.

The thought that is saving me from anxiety right now is just understanding to take everything slow and to be peaceful about every situation, and to understand the things that I have done that have led to this situation. If I have absolute mental control over my body, it can really calm things down and keep me feeling safe. It is still scary, though, to have those other fears in my mind.
